• Institutional/constitutional  law of the European Union. Theoretical and empirical aspects of the infringement proceedings against the Member States of the European Union (judicialisation, discretion, the Hungarian Government before the European Court of Justice).
• Theoretical  and empirical research on the preliminary ruling procedure before the European Court of Justice (activism, passivism, requests for preliminary ruling by the Hungarian ordinary courts)
• Monetra law of the European Union (the place and role of the European Central Bank in the European Monetary Union). The Hungarian National Bank's place in the multilayer constitutional  system.
